    All are welcome, whether experienced in meditation or not. The group is facilitated by CDT members with occasional participation by Rabbi Toba.   • Tot Shabbat

    Tot Shabbat is a monthly Shabbat morning program, led by CDT members and educators Susan Moser and Tal Shalom-Kobi, for children age 5 and under and their parents. Join us in celebrating Shabbat with songs, stories, crafts and other fun activities!

  • All-Ages Erev Shabbat Service / Potluck & Kitah Dalet Siyyum

    6 pm - Candle lighting and dinner;
    6:45 pm - Service

    Once a month, we gather for a potluck vegetarian dinner followed by a musical, all-ages erev Shabbat service. Join us for this fun, musical erev Shabbat experience appropriate for adults and kids of all ages (especially kids in pre-school through 4th grade).  We’ll end at 7:30 pm with Oneg Shabbat (dessert).

    Please bring a vegetarian/dairy main dish to share - enough for 15-20 people.

    Kitah Dalet (4th grade) will also be honored tonight as they celebrate their Siyyum (celebration of learning).

  • Religious School Open House

    Jewish Community Day School, 57 Stanley Ave, Watertown
    Sunday, May 7, 2017 - 9:30am to 11:00am

     We invite prospective parents to get to know our Sunday morning program. Join us at 9:30 for z’man rishon, where our religious school community comes together for a weekly assembly that explores the themes of a shacharit (morning) service, other holidays or community events. When the students go to class, there will be time to meet with the school director and hear about the outline of the program.  After that, a parent volunteer will take you on a tour of the school so you can see the learning in action. Childcare will be provided upon request.
